Papers, Documents and Records
Article (45)
-
The Ministry shall undertake the
designing, printing and supplying of financial papers and
records to the Departments. However, the Department may keep
additional sub-records that suit its activities for statistical
and analytical purposes.

The Department shall keep books and
cards of the fixed assets and projects which include the
particulars specified by the Minister.
Article (46)
The means of computer storage and its outputs, after being examined
and signed by the competent staff, shall be considered as duly
approved records in accordance with the conditions specified out by
the Minister for the purposes intended by this By-law.
Article (47)
The Department shall maintain the records that show the following
total control accounts and shall provide the Ministry with the
periodical reports thereon:

Fixed assets
-
Projects
-
Cash
-
Advances
-
Deposits in trust
-
Government debt
-
